ABOUT ME
I have been in practice since 1989. Immediately after graduating with honors from law school, I joined the United States Department of Justice's Environmental Enforcement Section to prosecute individuals and companies for violations of Federal Environmental laws: Superfund, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA.
After leaving Justice in 1999, I have worked in a law firm and managed a law firm. I am now in private practice with my focus on mediation, arbitration, litigation and special mastr services. My areas of practice include: Real Estate Law, Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA), Contracts, General Litigation, Landlord/Tenant and Environmental Law
